Why I Do This Work
I’m Ines Voellinger, founder of IV.ai Solutions and a healthcare AI advocate and educator. For more than a decade, I’ve led digital transformation and AI initiatives across global industries, always with a focus on human-centered solutions. My executive education in AI in Healthcare at Stanford, together with studies in alternative medicine, shaped my belief that technology and care must evolve together — never apart.
My Journey
I founded IV.ai Solutions to help physicians navigate new technologies without losing the human touch. My own recovery experience showed me how much clinicians give, even while working in fragmented systems and under constant demands. That journey fuels my passion to help healthcare shift from reactive “sick care” toward preventive, patient-focused medicine. I believe AI, applied ethically and guided by clinicians, can restore what matters most: time, trust, and presence with patients.
